An experienced marketer, Donna has worked across various industries throughout her career and has been in dental marketing for 8 years. She is passionate about keeping processes and systems simple, so they are actually utilised.
She is never afraid to challenge the norm and ask those awkward questions—no question is a dumb question—plain speaking, why use jargon if you don’t need to?She has built one of the fastest-growing dental ChatBots & CRM systems in the U.K.
Outside of the RoboReception Squad Life, Donna is also a mum, who enjoys discovering new places, both near and far.

Shrutika is the Founder, Creative Director & First Storyteller at her agency, Varta Creative Studio; and the lead designer of the RoboReception website.
A passionate designer since her first stint with Microsoft Publisher when she was 9 years old, she went on to study design from the age of 16 and graduated from the University of Westminster with a First Class Honours degree in Graphic & Communication Design in 2015. She has worked across multiple design disciplines such as publishing and advertising ever since; and worked with big-name clients including E&Y, McDonald’s and Universal Pictures throughout her career, before launching her own studio in early 2020.
She now leads her agency from its base in England and has successfully launched over 20 brands—including 9 healthcare and dental brands—in the first 3 years of the business.
With over 30 years’ experience working as a business management consultant, Ian's experience for much of this time has been with business process management; discovering, documenting, improving, and automating processes. With an in-depth knowledge of data and process flows, Ian is adept at using compliance to create improvement.
Ian is a father of 7 and Grandad to 3, he is also first to volunteer to work with our ever growing international client base; we don't know why he likes traveling so much.
Laura is the Lead Developer of RoboReception LeadTracker.
Having been a developer for over 12 years, Laura has worked with a variety of organisations, developing top end SaaS systems and is highly experienced. Working with the UX and UI team, Laura works hard to ensure that LeadTracker is as intuitive as possible, making it easy for FoH teams to adopt.
Marc has a twenty-year track record in customer services, helping corporates and successful family firms to thrive. He’s responsible for ensuring patient and client phone calls are answered in a timely, clear and caring way. He’s a people person, but laser focussed on making our clients more efficient and effective than their competitors.
